Therapeutic Mentoring for Youth (CSA Funded)

Our Therapeutic Mentoring program, funded by the Children’s Services Agency, provides targeted one-on-one support for youths up to the age of 21. We believe in the power of strength-based, individualized care to empower youth and help them achieve specific goals outlined in their behavioral treatment plans.

Building Skills, Building Futures

Through our Therapeutic Mentoring program, we focus on developing essential life skills, social skills, interpersonal skills, problem-solving strategies, and daily living skills. Our dedicated Therapeutic Mentors work closely with each youth to model, educate, motivate, and coach them in overcoming obstacles related to these skills, fostering personal growth and resilience.

Personalized Support, Anywhere It’s Needed

Our services are designed to be accessible and adaptable to the needs of the youth. Whether it’s at their home, foster home, childcare center, or any other appropriate community setting, our Therapeutic Mentors engage in skill-building activities that naturally integrate into the youth’s daily life. This holistic approach ensures that the youth can apply these skills effectively in various real-life situations.

Qualified Mental Health Staff, Compassionate Care

Our qualified mental health staff are dedicated to working individually with children and adolescents who are facing behavioral health concerns. With a focus on fostering life and social skills, promoting adaptive and pro-social behaviors, regulating mood, and building healthy self-esteem, our team tailors the treatment plan to meet the unique needs of each youth we serve.
